CSA Specialised Services are looking for multiple Operators / Labourers to be involved in setting-up and setting-down of the F1 track in Albert Park.

About the role

This is a unique opportunity to gain on-the-job training and experience on one of Australia’s biggest sporting events of the year. The role will involve preparing the track for the big day and dismantling it afterwards. It will require you to drive to Albert Park each day so having your driver’s licence and reliable transport is essential. You will also need to hold a Construction Induction Card (White Card) which can be obtained via a registered training provider (1 day course). This project will run from mid-January 2023 to approx. May 2023 and is a full-time, fixed-term contract with the possibility of joining our team of highly skilled Operators on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Track cleaning and repairs
• Assisting with trade
• General labouring

The ideal candidate may have some of the below:

• Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Civil Construction experience
• MR License or above
• Operator Tickets (i.e. Telehandler ticket, Excavator/Skid Steer)
• Trade Certificate background
• Be able to work autonomously and as a part of a team
• Commit to safe work culture as part of the companies Safety Management System
• Work under pressure and have high attention to detail

All applicants must be prepared to undergo and pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen Test and Pre-Employment Medical prior to receiving an offer of employment.

Overtime and weekend work are available. Excellent above Award wages are offered working in a great team environment.
